Warranty Coverage
Subject to the conditions, exclusions and limitations stated herein, Western Pacific Glass warrants its products free from material and workmanship defects that render them unfit for their normal and recommended use. Warranties are limited only to Western Pacific Glass product manufactured defects, applicable to approved dealers and valid for the first installation. Warranties are not transferable.
Inspection
It is the consumer's responsibility to inspect the product immediately upon receipt. The original purchaser must report manufacturing defects promptly before installation. Western Pacific Glass will have no obligation under this warranty with respect to any defect reasonably discoverable upon immediate inspection once the product has been installed.
Duration
The duration of this warranty begins on the date of purchase by the customer and extends for the following periods:
- All Glass Products.... 10 Years Warranty.
- Mini blinds outside magnet operator... only 1 Year.
- Wood Door.... 1 Year (glass 5 Years).
- Glass Frame... 10 Year.
Exclusion
This warranty does not cover:
- Defects or damages arising out of shipments by common carriers, private transportation or other means of transportation.
- Defects or damages arising out of improper handling, cleaning or maintenance, defective or improper glazing, installation, accident, act of God or any circumstances beyond the control of Western Pacific Glass.
- Product installed in or submitted to high heat conditions, high moisture conditions, high vibration, or extreme temperature changes./li>
- Any effort to repair or alter unit is made without expressed written approval of Western Pacific Glass.
- Defects/damages resulting from failure to use, or operate the product in way other than those for which it was designed.
- Door defects arising out of improper painting such as without sanding or cleaning.
Remedies
If deemed within terms of warranty, Western Pacific Glass at their own discretion, will repair, replace, or refund the price of the purchased unit only, and if deemed necessary by Western Pacific Glass, only upon return of original product.

If Western Pacific Glass elects to replace the unit, the limited warranty on the replacement item will last for the balance of the warranty on the original product purchased. Western Pacific Glass is not responsible for shipping, labor, removal of original product, installation of product, expenses, or other charges, costs, or claims by the customer.
Claim Procedures
The customer must adhere to the following procedures in order to make a claim under this warranty:
- The customer must use reasonable diligence to include in the written claim all of the following:

- Adequate description of the claim defect(s), or pictures if required.
- Identification of Product design or pattern.
- Purchase order number, invoice number, and original ship date.
- The customer must permit Western Pacific Glass or it's representative to inspect the product.
Disclaimer of Warranty
Western Pacific Glass makes no other warranties, expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to its product (or any other replacement product), including any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except to the extent provided herein.
Limitation Remedies
The remedies set forth above are the customer's exlusive remedies for breach of warranty or negligence. In no case shell Western Pacific Glass be liable to the customer or any other person for any general, incident, or consequential damages.
